DELIVERY

We are not currently offering everyday flowers on our website as we have shifted to event + corporate floral only. We may open up some availability for this in the future, and may be able to accommodate special requests. You can send us an email to hello@shopivyroom.com and we will do our best to make it happen, or point you in the direction of some of our favourite florists in your area.

EVENT BOOKING

We require a 20-50% deposit depending on the size and details of the event. Please note that we cannot lock in the date of your event without your deposit.

CHANGE OF ORDERS

Please note that additional charges will apply for any changes made to your order within 7 days of the fulfillment date.

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds on any flower orders. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer credit for future use.


At Ivy Room, we take every step to provide fresh, beautiful florals for your event. Flowers are delicate, natural products, and their lifespan depends on many factors including seasonality, climate, and proper handling on-site. We use only the freshest blooms available, sourced with care, and design them to be at their best on your event date.

If you experience a concern with the quality of your flowers on the day of your event, please notify us immediately so we can address it. Valid concerns will be handled with either replacement blooms (where possible) or adjustments on-site. Please note we do not offer refunds.

Because all Ivy Room designs are created in our Designer’s Choice style, using what is freshest and most available at the time, we cannot provide replacements or adjustments based on personal taste, color preferences, or specific flower substitutions. This flexibility allows us to create unique, seasonal designs that reflect both your vision and the natural beauty of the blooms available. 

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY

We bring products in specifically for the workshop, in addition to our regular supply. Any no-shows or late cancellations cause product waste. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy

NO SHOW - your ticket will not be refunded under any circumstances 

7 days or more - you may receive a refund if the workshop is further than 7 days from the date of cancellation. 

Up to 48 hours - If you are unable to attend the workshop you purchased tickets for, you may transfer your workshop ticket to another date with notice up to 48 hours prior to the workshop date
